Base price includes our Alignment Diagnostic Inspection Service -- a 50+ point tire, steering, suspension, & axle inspection during which we assess the condition of critical components, diagnose issues, & develop a full report. Our base price includes basic adjustment of up to one axle. Additional charges apply if additional work is required.
Base price includes our Alignment Diagnostic Inspection Service -- a 30+ point tire, steering, suspension, & axle inspection for medium duty two-axle, two-wheel drive vehicles during which we assess the condition of critical components, diagnose issues, & develop a full report. The base price includes basic adjustment of up to one axle. Additional charges apply if additional work is required. NOTE: The base price to service a single truck does not meet our callout minimum.
Most trucks don't require caster adjustment during a normal alignment. When they do, this add-on service includes standard caster wedges & basic installation. Does not include cost of fasteners or other hardware that may require replacement based on condition or inverted spring installation geometry.
Many fleet operators don't realize that an uncentered steering wheel isn't caused by misalignment, & cannot be corrected through proper alignment alone. Don't fall for what many shops will do (re-mount the steering wheel in the wrong position). Once we diagnose the issue we'll provide a quote and options.
Labor only on steer axle kingpins for no-ream replacement kingpins. Parts are additional and vary by model. Price is conditional on Axle Tuners supplying the parts and having access to a level, paved surface. Seized kingpin removal requiring hydraulic press, torch, or other specialty procedures may increase price. Environmental disposal & clean-up fee may apply.
Labor only for common Hendrickson-style suspension. Parts are additional and vary by model. Price is conditional on Axle Tuners supplying the required parts and performing a post-replacement alignment.

Laser-guided, OE-stye spindle replacement. Price requires purchase of our wheel-end rescue kit (kit price varies by axle model). Includes standard OE or OE-style hardened spindle when available. Price without rescue kit is +$150. Must be torn down to bare spindle & axle-end upon arrival or additional charges apply.

Bad driveshaft carrier bearings can cause vibration, premature u-joint failure, & cause you to fail a DOT inspection. Improper alignment of rear axles, ride-height, & other factors that go undiagnosed but generalist shops can cause repeat failures. We're happy to ensure a proper diagnosis & repair.
