Program-Specific Terms and Conditions
These Program-Specific Terms and Conditions apply to the Axle Tuners LLC “Smoke Meat, Not Tires” promotional program. This program is subject to the Company’s Promotional Program General Terms & Conditions, shortened therein as the “General Promo T&Cs.”
Unless expressly modified below, the General Promo T&Cs apply.

Offer Summary
Eligible clients may receive a BBQ-themed gift card reward based on qualifying spend on their first qualifying purchase of eligible Axle Tuners services, and this offer applies only to first-time purchases from new clients.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, the reward is $25 in BBQ gift card value for every full $250 in qualifying spend, up to a maximum qualifying spend amount of $1,500.
The maximum reward under this program is $150.
This is a purchase-based promotional reward program. It is not a contest, drawing, sweepstakes, or game of chance.
Active Dates
This program begins on July 13th 2026 and ends on September 4th 2026.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the qualifying service must be ordered, scheduled, approved, and completed during the active program period.
Payment must be made according to the applicable invoice terms, and the Company may withhold fulfillment until payment is received.
Purchase and Service Requirements
This offer applies only to a customer’s first qualifying purchase of eligible Company services.
Qualifying spend must be at least $250, calculated before taxes, regulatory fees, and other non-service charges.
Reward value is calculated only on full $250 increments of qualifying spend, calculated before taxes, regulatory fees, and other non-service charges. Partial $250 increments do not create partial reward value.
Maximum qualifying spend for reward calculation is $1,500, calculated before taxes, regulatory fees, and other non-service charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, qualifying spend includes eligible paid Company services and excludes taxes, fees, finance charges, credit card fees, pass-through costs, disposal charges, travel charges, freight, and other non-service charges.
Eligible services may include alignments, alignment assessments, steering, suspension, axle-related service, wheel-end service, spindle-related service, and other eligible commercial truck or trailer services approved by the Company.
Diagnostic-only visits, declined estimates, inspections without approved work, warranty work, rework, no-charge services, cancelled work orders, unpaid invoices, past-due invoices, refunded invoices, credited invoices, disputed invoices, and written-off invoices do not qualify unless expressly approved by the Company in writing.
Reward, Prize, or Incentive
The reward is a BBQ-themed gift card selected by the Company.
Gift cards may include BBQ restaurants, BBQ retailers, BBQ supply stores, meat markets, smokehouse-related merchants, or comparable BBQ-themed vendors selected by the Company.
Specific merchants, restaurants, brands, and gift card types are subject to availability and may vary by market, fulfillment method, and promotional materials.
A customer, participant, recipient, account, or related party does not earn, own, receive, or become entitled to any gift card unless and until all program requirements have been satisfied, the applicable claim has been properly and timely submitted, the Company has approved the claim, and the Company has issued the applicable gift card.
Until issued by the Company, any right to request, claim, redeem, receive, or be considered for a gift card is only a conditional, revocable claim subject to these Program-Specific Terms and Conditions, the General Promo T&Cs, and Company approval.
Combinability
This offer may not be combined, stacked, doubled, transferred, or used together with any other promotion, discount, reward, incentive, coupon, rebate, points program, special pricing program, route pricing, yard pricing, sublet pricing, contract pricing, conquest offer, or other special offer unless expressly approved by the Company in writing.
If multiple offers could apply, the Company may decide which offer applies.
Redemption Instructions
To claim this offer, the customer must reference “Smoke Meat, Not Tires” before the qualifying service is ordered.

Unless expressly approved by the Company in writing, this offer may not be applied retroactively and may not be claimed after the service has been ordered, quoted, approved, started, completed, invoiced, or paid.
The customer may be required to submit the applicable invoice number, work order number, customer account information, service date, and other information reasonably requested by the Company to verify eligibility and process the claim.
Public-Sector / Government Restriction
Not available to government, municipal, public-sector, or quasi-public entities, employees, representatives, agents, or officials unless expressly approved by the Company in writing.
Exceptions to General Promo T&Cs
This program is a purchase-based promotional reward program and is not a contest or drawing. The no-purchase entry provisions for contests and drawings do not apply.
No other program-specific exceptions apply unless expressly stated in writing by the Company.
Company Discretion
The Company may modify, suspend, cancel, extend, terminate, revoke, substitute, deny, or disqualify this program, any reward, any claim, any participant, any recipient, any customer, any account, any invoice, any work order, any transaction, or any related benefit at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, except where prohibited by law.
AXLE TUNERS SUMMER LINEUP
Program-Specific Terms and Conditions
Program Period: July 20, 2026, through September 4, 2026
1. Incorporation of General Terms
These Summer Lineup Program-Specific Terms and Conditions apply to the Axle Tuners "Summer Lineup" promotional program, including related reward-point redemption opportunities and prize drawings. These terms supplement and incorporate the Axle Tuners Promotional Program General Terms and Conditions, referred to in these terms as the "General Terms." Axle Tuners LLC is referred to in these terms as the "Company." In the event of a direct conflict, these Program-Specific Terms control only for the Summer Lineup program and only to the extent expressly stated here. All matters not expressly modified by these Program-Specific Terms remain governed by the General Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Summer Lineup program is available only in Texas and only to eligible commercial clients, qualifying representatives of eligible commercial clients, and eligible commercial yard hosts, subject to the General Terms. Yard hosts may earn referral points only and may not earn points calculated from, based on, or tied to referred-client purchase dollars, work-order amounts, invoice amounts, or service spending. The program is not available to government, municipal, public-sector, or quasi-public entities, employees, representatives, agents, or officials.
3. Program Period and Point Vesting
Qualifying activities must occur during the period beginning July 20, 2026, and ending September 4, 2026, unless the Company states otherwise in writing. No new reward points will be awarded after the program deadline, except that points may vest after the program deadline for eligible invoices that were timely incurred during the program period and paid on time after the program period.
4. Earning Reward Points
The Company may award reward points for qualifying commercial activity, qualifying referrals, qualifying communications sign-ups, and other Company-approved activities during the program period. The Company is not publishing the general service-based point-earning formula. Qualifying sublet work earns 50% of the reward points that would otherwise apply to qualifying direct B2B work as determined by the Company.
A qualifying referral of a new commercial client who completes qualifying Company work and spends at least $250 may earn 25 reward points, subject to verification, payment, anti-abuse review, and the General Terms. A participant who voluntarily signs up through a Company-approved method to receive occasional Company marketing communications by email and text message may earn 50 reward points once, subject to verification. Consent to receive marketing communications is not required to purchase goods or services from the Company, message and data rates may apply, and recipients may opt out as provided in the applicable communication.
The Company may, but is not required to, offer reward points for Facebook or social-media activities only when announced or approved by the Company and only to the extent the Company can verify the participant, account, and activity. Potentially verifiable activities may include following or liking the Company Facebook Page, liking a designated Company post, commenting on a designated Company post, submitting a Company-approved form, or providing Company-accepted proof of activity. No reward points or entries will be awarded for sharing, reposting, tagging another person, or otherwise publicizing the promotion. If privacy settings, platform limitations, account settings, deleted activity, fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or incomplete proof prevent verification, the Company may deny the points or entries.
5. Point Status, Payment, and Non-Transferability
Reward points have no cash value, are not legal tender, are not transferable, are not assignable, may not be sold, and may not be pooled, combined, or shared across individuals, companies, accounts, entities, locations, fleets, yards, or related parties. Reward points and drawing entries are not final unless and until the related invoice, work order, referral, or qualifying activity is verified, fully paid, not disputed, not reversed, not refunded, not credited back, and not charged back. The Company may revoke reward points, deny a reward claim, void drawing entries, require return of a prize or reward, or disqualify the participant if a payment or activity is later reversed, refunded, credited, disputed, charged back, deemed fraudulent, deemed abusive, or otherwise invalidated.

7. Reward Claim Deadline and Limits
Participants must contact a Company representative for redemption details. Valid reward claims must be submitted, verified, and accepted by the Company no later than January 31, 2027. Unclaimed, incomplete, invalid, unverifiable, untimely, or noncompliant reward claims are forfeited. There is no stated cap on the number of rewards an eligible participant may claim, so long as the participant has valid, unredeemed reward points, satisfies all eligibility requirements, submits a valid claim by the deadline, and remains in compliance with these Program-Specific Terms and the General Terms.
8. Prize Drawings
Drawing entries, drawing procedures, no-purchase entry methods, winner verification, odds, disqualification, prize forfeiture, and related contest procedures are governed by the General Terms except as expressly stated here. Qualifying paid work orders may generate drawing entries on a per-work-order basis, subject to verification, payment, and the General Terms. No purchase is necessary to enter drawings where a no-purchase entry method is required by law or by the General Terms.
Smaller-prize drawings will be conducted weekly during the program, or as otherwise determined by the Company. Grand-prize drawings, including drawings for coolers, grills, and tickets, will be conducted on or about September 4, 2026. Drawing dates are approximate and may be modified, delayed, combined, accelerated, extended, suspended, or canceled by the Company as permitted by the General Terms.
9. Prize Quantities and Descriptions
The Company expects to award one Cowboys ticket package, one to three BBQ grills depending on the volume of eligible participants, one rolling ice chest cooler, one YETI cooler or substitute, five total OLIGHT headlamp and handheld flashlight prizes, and three fully loaded utility buckets or substitutes. Other prize quantities will depend on the number of eligible participants and program activity, but the Company expects to award at least one of every listed prize type or an equivalent substitute.
The Cowboys ticket package consists of four tickets to a 2026 season Dallas Cowboys home game selected by the Company. The Company chooses the game, seat locations, ticket delivery method, timing, and all other package details. Travel, lodging, parking, food, beverages, merchandise, transportation, taxes, fees, incidentals, and all other costs or expenses are excluded unless the Company expressly states otherwise in writing.
BBQ grill winners may choose from Company-selected grill options, subject to availability, timing, substitution rights, and the General Terms. Available options may include Blackstone, Traeger, kamado-style, or similar grills, but the Company is not required to offer any specific brand, model, size, color, fuel type, accessory, or configuration.
10. Substitutions and Availability
All prize and reward descriptions are approximate. Colors, sizes, features, models, packaging, accessories, availability, and delivery timing may vary. Brand names, model names, and product references are descriptive only unless the Company expressly states otherwise in writing. The Company may substitute any reward or prize as permitted by the General Terms.
11. Taxes and Paperwork
Prize and reward recipients are responsible for all taxes, reporting, and consequences associated with receiving, accepting, using, or transferring any prize or reward. Before issuing any prize or reward with an actual or approximate value of $599 or more, or whenever the Company determines tax or identity documentation may be appropriate, the Company may require a completed W-9, affidavit, release, acknowledgment, employer authorization, or other documentation. Failure to provide required documentation by the deadline set by the Company may result in forfeiture.
12. Employer Policies and Entity Restrictions
Employer-policy issues, Policy Exception Notices, entity compensation options, conflicts of interest, anti-kickback restrictions, and related limitations are governed by the General Terms. Participants are responsible for knowing and complying with their employer policies and restrictions.
13. Third-Party and Platform Disclaimers
YETI, OLIGHT, JBL, Carhartt, Blackstone, Traeger, the Dallas Cowboys, the NFL, Facebook, Meta, and all other third-party names, brands, marks, teams, leagues, products, and logos are used only for identification or prize-description purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise by the Company, no such third party sponsors, endorses, administers, guarantees, or is affiliated with the Summer Lineup program.
14. Company Discretion
The Company may interpret, apply, modify, suspend, cancel, extend, terminate, revoke, substitute, deny, or disqualify any offer, reward, prize, drawing entry, participant, account, claim, or transaction as permitted by the General Terms. All Company decisions are final.
